Pastry chef, dessert innovator, and culinary influencer, Stephanie Nass, known as Chefanie, studied the culinary arts as a young woman in France and then staged at some of the most highly rated restaurants in Manhattan. In 2014, Chefanie began hosting private dinner parties called “Victory Club” that bring together friends of friends over the culinary and visual arts. While Chefanie is professionally trained as a savory and pastry chef, her passion is for desserts. In 2016, Stephanie launched Chefanie Sheets, an innovative dessert “accessory” that can elevate any store bought or homemade dessert. She developed a gluten-free, vegan, edible, hand painted sheet that can be cut to any size pastry using scissors. Chefanie's eye catching sheet patterns have been featured on The Today Show, New York Times, Town & Country Magazine, O Magazine, Refinery29, Real Simple, and Tasting Table.
Chefanie’s dinner club and passion for food has been mentioned by Vogue, Man Repeller, Harpers Bazaar, Food & Wine Magazine, InStyle Magazine, NY Magazine.
Chefanie earned her BA in Art History at Columbia University and her Grand Diplôme in Professional Culinary Arts at the International Culinary Center in NYC. Chefanie offers culinary instruction and catering in and around New York City. She hopes to inspire you to bring people together over food & art!
