Blood Oranges Dipped in Chocolate

  • 4 small blood oranges, peeled and separated into slices
  • Half a bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 t olive oil


  • Set chocolate chips to melt in double boiler. Once melted, stir in olive oil.
  • Dip orange slices into melted chocolate. 
  • Lay each slice on a silpat mat or parchment paper. 

Serves 4. 20 minutes active time, 25 minutes total time.
