Stephanie Nass, better known as "Chefanie," has always been passionate about the culinary and visual arts, as well as bringing people together over those things. When she was in high school, she did a yearlong home-stay program in Brittany, France that inspired her passion for cooking. During college at Columbia, she did stages around New York City on the days she did not have class, and during her first year after college, she began hosting inviting friends & friends of friends to her Upper West Side apartment for supper...

While she was in culinary school at the International Culinary Center in SoHo, her dinner parties for friends and friends of friends became Victory Club, a membership organization that gathers young professionals over the culinary and visual arts all over the world but mostly in NYC. Each Victory Club menu, which Chefanie herself paints, is directly inspired by art. While cooking for Victory Club events, she started experimenting with #ChefanieSheets, edible textiles she designs to make ordinary grocery-bought or box-made cakes into works of art.

Chefanie offers culinary instruction and catering in and around New York City. She hopes this website inspires you to bring people together over food & art!
