Dinner on Cloud 9
Cloud print is everywhere these days, from runway shows, to art, to beauty. Here's how to set an on-trend Cloud 9-themed table for baby showers, bridal showers, or dinners at home.

To transport guests to Cloud 9, every detail has to be a rocket ship, including the food. Savory meringues, sweet pavlovas, parchment paper bubbles all resemble the sky puffs.
At the end of the meal, of course, we showered guests with cotton candy hanging from a cloud-printed umbrella. See the tutorial on how to create a serving umbrella here.
For our dinner on Cloud 9, Chefanie whipped up some savory meringues -- with caviar on top! This was a fun easy 2-ingredient hors d'oeuvres that delighted guests. Recipe here.
Cook fish in parchment paper ("en papillote"); it comes out of the oven puffed like a cloud. On the inside is a clean lean white fish.

There's magic in egg whites -- and their ability to transform color and size with the whisk of a few bent pieces of metal. And when they are baked at a low temperature to become meringues, there's nothing like it. We drizzled ours with goat milk caramel and topped with spiced apple slices. Recipe here.
