Anti-Inflammatory Lollipops
Here's how to make lollipops without any refined sugar or artificial color! Healthy sucker for a sore throat.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 c honey
- 1/4 t turmeric
- 1/4 t cinnamon
- 1/4 t orange powder
- 1/4 t ginger powder
- 1/4 t cayenne pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Pour honey into a sauce pan.
- Add a pinch of turmeric, cinnamon, orange powder, ginger powder, and cayenne pepper.
- Mix with a wooden spoon.
- Heat until 300F and bubbly.
- Pour into lollipop molds. If you don't have molds, pour onto parchment paper with lollipop sticks.
- Allow to harden for 1 hour.
- Enjoy!
