Ingredients:

• 30g of caviar

• 4 oz. of crème fraîche

• 30 Purple Potato Chips

Directions:

• Spoon a small dollop of crème fraîche onto each potato chip.

• Spoon a small dollop of caviar onto each dollop of crème fraîche.

• Serve.

Serves 4. 10 minutes active time.
