Anti-Inflammatory Lollipops

Here's how to make lollipops without any refined sugar or artificial color! Healthy sucker for a sore throat.


  • 1 c honey
  • 1/4 t turmeric
  • 1/4 t cinnamon
  • 1/4 t orange powder 
  • 1/4 t ginger powder 
  • 1/4 t cayenne pepper 


  • Pour honey into a sauce pan.
  • Add a pinch of turmeric, cinnamon, orange powder, ginger powder, and cayenne pepper.
  • Mix with a wooden spoon.
  • Heat until 300F and bubbly.
  • Pour into lollipop molds. If you don't have molds, pour onto parchment paper with lollipop sticks.
  • Allow to harden for 1 hour.
  • Enjoy!
