Tuna Tartare Tacos

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1/4 clove garlic, very finely grated
  • 1/2 inch knob fresh ginger, grated
  • 2.5 T soy sauce
  • 1 T sesame oil
  • 1/4 t wasabi paste
  • 1 lb. sushi grade tuna
  • Taco shells ( I buy mine from Mini Taco Shells)

DIRECTIONS:

  • Mix garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, wasabi paste
  • Dice tuna into 1/4 inch cubes.
  • Fold the tuna into the sauce. 
  • Spoon the tuna mixture into the taco shells.
