- 4 small blood oranges, peeled and separated into slices
- Half a bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 t olive oil
- Set chocolate chips to melt in double boiler. Once melted, stir in olive oil.
- Dip orange slices into melted chocolate.
- Lay each slice on a silpat mat or parchment paper.
Serves 4. 20 minutes active time, 25 minutes total time.
