I love this colorful salad which is salty, sweet, so easy to enjoy.
1 honeydew melon, cut into balls with a melon baller
1 cantaloupe melon, cut into balls with a melon baller
1/2 pound of fresh bocconcini
1/4 pound of prosciutto, ripped and folded into 1 inch pieces
Handful of arugula
6 Basil leaves
1 T olive oil
2 T balsamic reduction
Maldon Sea Salt
Toss the melon, arugula, and basil in olive oil. Spoon onto presentation plate.
Scatter prosciutto on top.
Sprinkle salad with Maldon Sea Salt.
Serve with Balsamic Reduction.
